  1. ICE BREAKER: What is the best concert you have ever attended?
  2. A herd mentality is the inclination for individuals within a group to follow along with what the group at large thinks or does. Regarding Christianity, what would you say the general herd mentality of America is?
  3. Do you think there are instances where adopting a general belief about something could be a healthy decision? Explain.
  4. The lame man's friends brought him to Jesus, seeking physical healing. Instead, Jesus (initially) issued forgiveness of sins. What do you think this tells us about God? About us?
  5. The scribes (religious authority) grew angry when they heard Jesus pronounce forgiveness of sins. Why do you think this was such a big deal to them? Was their response an appropriate one?

  7.  As we prepare to resume in-person gatherings on June 2, pray for unity among the body.
