Our Staff

In addition to our elders that provide spiritual authority and direction for our church, we also have several staff members that direct ministry teams and provide administrative support.

Brandy Parker | Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator for the Church at Martinsburg, my main responsibility is to serve.  I serve and support our Pastors, ministry team leaders, as well as church members.  I am responsible for the daily operations of the office, assisting with special projects, managing finances and keeping track of our calendar of events.

Prior to joining the church, I had 20+ years of experience in the corporate world with data entry, data analysis and office management.

Outside of the office my children and I, (as well as our dogs) like to enjoy family time together and vacationing at the beach. Crafting is a hobby of mine and I have a great collection of pens!

The Church at Martinsburg has been our second home since 2014.  It’s been a joy to watch my kids serve alongside me in different areas of the church and to see how faithful God is in all of life.

Jeremy Galvan | Worship Leader

As the worship leader, I oversee the band, sound, and video teams. I am passionate about helping to lead people to find and follow Jesus. I help facilitate that musically by picking songs that point people to the Gospel, and by leading our fantastic volunteer musicians and sound/video technicians each week to deliver a sound that supports the voice of the congregation. When I am not at church I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife Lisa and our children, Samuel, Noah, Hannah and Ruth.

Charles Rhoe | Custodian

As the custodian of the Church at Martinsburg, my main responsibility is to make sure the church is clean and ready for folks to worship alongside one another. It is a privilege and a blessing to take care of our building. In addition to dedicating my time to care for the building's needs, I am employed full-time as a custodian at Spring Mills High School, where the kids know me as Charles or the custodian with the beard. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and daughter, woodworking and painting the occasional mural in the high school's fieldhouse.
